Upon receiving the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the order is correct. Incomplete, soiled, or damaged products will not be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
In the event that a parcel is damaged during delivery by the postal service, the customer is responsible for either refusing the package upon delivery or requesting that the delivery person record a note regarding the damage.
